Create a stencil of your favourite shapes

1. Go to File
2. Select Shapes
3. Select New Stencil
4. Drag shapes from drawing page to new stencil
5. Click on Save icon at the top of new stencil

MS PowerPoint 2003 Tip

Insert slide from another presentation

1. Go to Insert
2. Slides from Files
3. From Find presentation tab, click on Browse
4. Select presentation
5. Click Open
6. Click on required slides
7. Click on Insert and Close

MS Excel 2007 Tip

Enter data by picking from a list of text in current column.

1. Right click in cell
2. Select "Pick from drop-down list"
3. Select required text
